5 make up beauty products I cannot live without!

"If you ever make your girlfriend mad, don't let your good girl go bad. Drop five stacks on that makeup bag." - The-Dream

Here are my 5 make-up bag must haves! I use them everyday:)

1. Starting with Chubby Lipstick from Clinique, this lip balm is amazing! It works for chapped lips in the winter, yet it has some color tint that makes your lips look natural and classy. I love it! Mega Melon is the one I use, its more natural. I've tried Strawberry, that has a little more red/pink color to it. Price $15.00

2. Clinic moisturizing lotion, especially since our skin dries out faster in the winter, this lotion i put on twice a day, once at night and in the morning. Price: $24.00

3. Since I have real sensitive skin it is difficult for me to find a great foundation. Luckily I found Lancome Paris foundation 2 years ago, I recently tried my moms clinique foundation because I ran out of my Lancome. The clinique one is too greasy and left my skin looking too glossy. This lancome one blends in very well for an everyday natural look. Bisque 6 is my tone, cannot go a day with out it. Just a few pumps and set to go! Price: $42.00

Note: Check out my gift bag I received at Lancome yesterday. I pre-ordered the foundation a few weeks ago and now have this free pretty in pink make-up bag. (the goodies that came in it was a Lancome moisturizer, lip gloss, mascara, and under eye night cream.) I'm happy :)

4.True Bronze pressed powder bronzer sunkissed from clinique. Ahh Amazing color and stays on all day.! It is light weight powder and gives a sunkissed glow to the cheeks. Perfect for on the go glow! Price: $24.50

5. Lancome Hypnose Mascara, it's hard for me to find mascara that I love, but far most the brush is what I look for. This mascara is awesome and only need a few coats to have pretty long lashes. It also does not dry out fast. Price: $25.00
These 5 you can get at Sephora, Macy's, or Dillards! They're great investments I've tried and made. Do you have any must have make up products? Do share with me!
Thank you so much for reading! xoxo

High Heels, High hopes

 profile graphics
“How tall am I? Honey, with hair, heels and attitude I’m through this damned roof.”- drag queen RuPaul
Hello everyone! Hope you all had a lovely weekend. It is hard getting back into the daily routine huh. Today has been a great happy day for me! I was online looking for shoes, since I am a shoe fanatic! Guess what I found? Heels heels heels! I am in love with heels :)

and this is my wish list for the fall.. <3

Sueded leopard platform pump

Velvet bow platform

Velvet side zip toe bootie
Faux suede color block

Contrast bow leopard pump

Satin pointed toe pump
My first time seeing these cool puff flower shoe clips! So adorable I must say..

Quick, now I do have these these metallic ruffle peep toe beauties, first time I wore them I missed a step (because I am so clumsy) and kind of fell. Then unfortunately broke a toe..BUT they're so lovely and very comfortable.

Wearing cushioned insoles helps me stay in my heels all night.

Now these are all under $40.00, I found on charlotterusse.com, usually they will have them in stock at the stores. So I am very excited. Plus my friend and I are supposed to go to this shoe wholesale store here in Phoenix. All their shoes are $10.88, and trust me I've bought a few cute heels already! Yay! I will posting photos of them soon.
Do you go anywhere special to find good deals on shoes? Tell me tell me, I would love to know! :)

Tea tree good for hair and skin!

So I have to share my favorite cleansing shampoo with you guys! Tea Tree Special shampoo & conditioner by Paul Mitchell. This shampoo I put on about twice a week, especially in the mornings, since it does contain tea tree oil and peppermint, it produces a cooling tingle. Just put about two quarter size drops into hands and lather into hair and do not forget to scrub that scalp! For better results leave in the hair for a few minutes. Trust me this stuff is real good and leaves your hair smelling like yummy peppermint! You can find it at any salons that carry Paul Mitchell. Ulta (http://www.ulta.com/) usually has some good deals!

Also helps people with dandruff, my husband had dandruff so I let him give it a try and he loved it! With the first use, his dandruff was gone! Great for women and men :)

...But I did find out American Crew has some tea tree shampoo for men!

Pure tea tree oil has been proven to be a powerful yet natural antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal medicine (essential oil).

Also good for acne!

It is being used as a very effective first aid remedy and against countless skin ailments.

Here are a few more things that tea tree oil helps with:
  • infections
  • cuts
  • scrapes
  • burns
  • insect bites
  • skin spots etc.
Do you use tea tree oil for any cures?

1950's = Elegance

Oh how I wish I was born in the 1950's, their fashion was extraordinary. The time when ladies were ladies and gentlemen were gentlemen. The era where my grandparents were in their primes..

From Jane Russell, Peggy Cummings, Jayne Mansfield, and the silly Lucille Ball.

These women inspired my fashion and hair for my college graduation outfit back in May.

keep it vintage ;)

The beginning of a new cycle

One word to best describe me is LIVING. As of now I am going with the flow of things, with that being done I feel as if MY joy comes out :) Of course school and work can be a challenge at times but never forget we are visitors here on this earth so it does not hurt to have fun.. I take time going outside and seeing the beauty in nature. Breathe the natural air and smile!!
- That is exactly what I was doing pool side (with a broken toe and all: that's another story) at Sanctuary Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. Amazing place to get a massage, and hangout in the steam room..
